We redesigned Labtest Zote's website so patients can find a test, book it and pay in a few taps, on any device, while the lab's team keeps full control of every page in Elementor.

About the project
Labtest Zote Diagnostics is a licensed medical laboratory at Hurlingham Court, Argwings Kodhek Road in Nairobi, offering routine and specialised tests with home or in-lab sample collection.
We rebuilt labtestzote.com on WordPress: a calm, clinical design, a search across more than 1,000 lab tests, and a booking flow built around the way patients actually buy tests. Every section is editable in Elementor, so the team updates prices, packages and Health Hub articles without a developer.
The challenge
What stood in the way
The existing site carried the brand, but it slowed patients down at the moments that matter most.
A slow path to booking
Cart and checkout were separate full-page loads, adding friction for people booking on mobile data.
SEO left on the table
The keyword research behind the old site was not applied consistently to pages and posts.
Our approach
How we built it
We kept the brand recognisable and focused the redesign on three things: finding, booking and trusting.

Search-first homepage
One clear promise, a single Book a Test action and a search bar across 1,000+ tests, backed by trust markers for home collection, nationwide availability and secure payments.

Booking in four steps
Find your tests, add them to the cart, choose lab or home sample collection and receive results by email or the client portal. Cart and checkout open in place, and the cart suggests three related tests under "You may also need".

Mobile-first throughout
Search, packages and checkout were rebuilt for the phone first, so patients can book on any screen and any connection.

Editable and SEO-ready
Every widget is editable in Elementor, and each page and Health Hub article carries its own focus keywords, titles and meta descriptions.
The outcome
What changed
The new labtestzote.com is live. Patients go from search to a booked test in a few taps on any device, popular screening packages and DNA testing sit up front, and the Health Hub gives the lab a steady stream of search-friendly articles. The Labtest Zote team now runs the site themselves.
